Shipping & Online Order Delivery
All in-stock items are shipped within 2-5 business days however please allow between 5-7 business days for transit, if there is an expected delay or an error in inventory on our end we will inform you via email. We have based our current shipping rates on USPS and UPS calculations for continental USA delivery. If your location is outside of these shipping parameters there may be additional shipping charges that were not calculated with your initial order. If there is an issue with delivery times or availability of a product, a representative will contact you by phone or via email within 72 hours to discuss shipping and delivery options. You will be emailed a tracking notification email once your order has shipped. If there are any discrepancies with shipping amounts (or over-sized items that require shipping charges to be calculated after the order has been placed) a L30 representative will contact you via phone or email to discuss price changes or shipping options. Please note that there can be shipping delays that may occur out of our control such as holiday seasons and statutory holidays as well as International deliveries.

Online Ordering
When purchasing any products from our website we will request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date and security code). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders efficiently. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. We strive to reach a high level of standard when it comes to processing our online orders in a timely manner. All orders are processed immediately and shipped within 2-5 business days so please be sure to check your cart thoroughly as we may not be able to change an order once it is placed. If you have made an error please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help rectify the situation however if your order has already shipped, shipping charges for the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Return & Exchange Policies
In Store Purchases: Depending on a retail location you have between 7 and 30 days to return unused items in original condition with receipt, and original packaging for a refund in the form of the original tender. An exchange policy is permitted within 30 days of receipt. No Refunds or exchanges without a receipt or gift receipt. Online Purchases: For online purchases the return policy is 30 days from the date on the receipt. In order to process a return for online orders, please email your order number and reason for return. If the product is damaged or has a manufacturer defect shipping will be covered however all other shipping charges for any other reason will be the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted without a receipt or gift receipt. After 30 days, items cannot be returned and are a final sale, absolutely no exceptions. Any items that are damaged, wore, unclean, washed or are not in original packaging with all tags will be unacceptable for return, refund or exchange.

Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Clearance Items: All items labelled "clearance" or “sale” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. Sale items such as Deal of the Day items, promotions (that are not clearance) and certain 'in store specials' are eligible for returns. Please contact your local store or customer service for clarification if you are unsure if a product is final sale or not.
